Due to the electronic nature of our Content, we do not give refunds to purchases except in situations stated below, provided the requirements are satisfied. (See Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000)

You may request for a refund only in the following scenarios:

1. Purchase Error. If you have accidentally purchased the wrong system or did not intend to purchase, we will refund your purchase provided that your account has not yet been given access to the content.
